Prior to cleaning: |
Pre clean disinfection and dispersant- 24 hours prior to clean.
Power lockout isolation: 1x fan motor and 1x circulation pump per tower- immediately prior to clean. |

High pressure water blasting: |
Fan area inside top of tower.
Downwards into heat transfer media.
Outside faces of tower.
External grills of tower removed, cleaned and refitted.
Upwards into heat transfer media.
Inside basin area.
Area directly around tower. |
Subsequent to cleaning: |
Towers are flushed and vacuumed of any loose debris remaining in basin.
Dosing of corrosion inhibitor, sanitising biocide and dispersant.
Area clean up as required. |
